Salam 'alaik.
Its not long before SPM begins. I seems to get the butterflies too though it's not me who's gonna sit for it. My brother is. You guys, do pray for him okay! And to all the other friends whom bros or sis or cuzzies gonna sit for SPM too, I wish them best of luck!
Pray for the ummah excellence, will you? You know how they say that the current youth alias us, ourselves gonna be the leader of future? Yeah, pray for all of us. :)
Neway, weeks went by, sending us to future. Sometimes, it gets a tad boring too. Haha. To go back and forth through the routine, nothing new really. While at some other bright days, which are not frequent, the motivation gets to the highest peak. Why is it eh?
Oh and tomorrow is the holiday. Only a day of rest in a week time. But I'm grateful enough rather than no holiday at all which is so sick even to be imagined. Yikes, no no. I'd be a drained battery at the end of med school if things are gonna be like that. Haha. As tomorrow is a holiday and it's my turn to cook, I was thinking to feed everyone like really much like seriously cause yeah it's holiday. XD
In a nutshell, everything is fine here. So, till then.
p/s: Eid Adha is around the corner. Among the things we should do (sunat) ; fasting from 1st-9th Dzulhijjah, reading Quran, charity, zikir (remembering Him) and other good deeds as we know. Good luck!
Wassalam.

I was in a good mood so.....
Assalamualaikum.
Hehe, I'm seeing you again today. I guess I am in the good mood to be blogging everyday. It's been awhile since blogging became part of my routine.
Haishhh, I'm sweating. Tired. Not to the level of exhausted though cause I was just doing some indoor activities only. I baked another batch of pav tonight. It was funny of myself to make pavs for 3 nights in a row and my mother had started complaining of her depleting eggs stock, LOL. As pav only use the egg whites, she had been planning to make 'kuih lapis' with the remaining egg yolk. But making kuih lapis sure is one tough work cause you have to make the layers one by one, no? Truth be told, I dunno myself. Haha. Let the google answers it, okay.
*After one minute of googling:
It does have to be layered one by one. Waaaa so 'renyah' one, oooo. Next time, maybe.
So, I used only 2 eggs this time instead of the usual 4. Cause I'm making only a few to be given to my neighbour. Buuuuuuuut, so sad! I was making honey cornflakes also this time. When the pavs were done, it was the cornflakes' turn to use the oven. I know something was not right if I put the pavs outside the oven alas I still did it cause hello my cornflakes needed the oven too. So, while I was waiting for the cornflakes to turn golden-ish, I noticed that my pavs had descended a little. SOMETHING IS EXTREMELY NOT RIGHT! I scrutinized them prudently and ting!!!! I remembered a professional baker told me (read: she penned it in her blog) ''Let your pavs cool down in the oven by leaving the door ajar and do not take it out right after you're done!''
I was gobsmacked!!!! Aiyoyoooo!!!
T_______________T.
The point is, this time around the pavs texture on the outside is perfect! (seriously that confident?) It feels crusty (rangup) and hard. I mean it was crustier than the previous batches. But, I let it outside too soon which made my pavs quite unhappy (being very empathic here). Thus, they shrinked! Hahaha such a sad ending for my pav story. Nevertheless, I hope it still tastes okay although the look is not that promising. But I think no problem la cause outside, the pav will be decorated with bright fruits, covering its inside ugliness. Heyyyy, this pav is really standing on the side of 'please judge a book by its cover'.
End of pav story.
Now, cornflakes turn. HAHA. Hey, don't you think its funny cause I was busy making kuihs at the end of Raya? Ish ish ish okay I find it funny of myself. Huhu.
After I was done with the cornflakes, I came to think of this.
It's easy and satisfying to mix the cornflakes with its comrades (the honey, raisins, nuts etc) but it is not very joyful to put it inside their cups one by one, using spoon. Huyoh, I was standing halfway during the job and halfway by sitting on the floor. My legs were aching and my veins had their hard time pushing blood up to my heart LOL talk about 'meds' joke huh? Luckily my 'nenek saudara' (a term which I don't mind translating) was kind enough to help me with it.
And after the cornflakes came out of the oven, I had to wait for it sometime, to let it cool enough to be placed inside the tupperwares. Blergh, I'm really not in a good term with the word 'waiting'. So, I decided to pen how tired I was in this blog and suddenly while I was penning my thoughts, my mom came into my room. So, I hastily open a new FB tab (cause blogging is kind of embarassing to be read when it is not yet published by anyone else except the blogger herself). I found my mom bringing a cornflakes at her hands. She came to say she had put the cornflakes inside the tupperwares! AWWWW WHAT AN AWESOMENESS!!!! I shouted out in my heart. I felt like hugging my mom instead I just said 'I love you, Mak'!! Hahahah. I am now relieved. :)
Anyway, my cornflakes turn out good. Not excellent enough to my tastebuds. It lacks some sugar. But it has everything else. Hehehehe time to compliment the cornflakes maker. LOL. But on the bright shining side, it is good for me cause I don't want to end with diabetes at such a young age, Nauzubillahi minzalik.
So, in a nutshell, can you guess why I did these? At such a day?

Cause my brothers are coming home today! Hehehehe. This is happening! And besides, the time I have left in Malaysia is not that much anymore. And also, I am in a good mood today. I just feel like making something. Actually I want to make fried ice cream some more, but my mom had given me that warning-please-control-your-feeding-centre-in-your-hypothalamus-look HAHA so I guess enough on the sugar! My mom need her share of egg for breakfast anyway. LOL. Sorry mom if you happen to read this. :)
Okay, that's all. Good night, and do take care, people.
Eh, one last thing. I just remember, tomorrow is going to be my friends' happy day. They happen to be the first couple from our batch to get married. May Allah bless their relations, amin. Kinda sad cause I couldn't attend. But, I believe my prayer could reach both of you anyhow. It's wireless remember?
SELAMAT PENGANTIN BARU, SHEILA AND KAMIL!

Of Going Back and Pavlova
Assalamualaikum.
Okayyy as for today, it's already 13th September. Sigh*. Another 19 days more to be going back to Alex. How sad. Huhu. It's time to get out of the nest and face the reality. Cause being away from home, away from your parents and security, you're all set on your own. And your friends. Go to the market to buy your own food stock, meet the house landlord to pay bills, so on and so forth.
You are actually an adult before you know it. But definitely, there's whole good thing behind these acts. For example, at least you got to know how to do things and how to handle them for your parents. And it can boost your confidence level. (though I find its easier to talk to Egyptians than Malaysians sometimes).
One thing for sure:
Some chosen people in Malaysia (me) have to face really bad customer service. It is true that emotions can't be forced but then again, don't you know that hospitality is what Malaysia took pride in when promoting herself at world level? So, be fair. To the customers. Yesterday, I was asking to the lady who took care of the weighing section in AEON. But got replied very late. What is this?! I just asked whether this coconut thing inside a tupperware should be weighed or not? Yes or no? Yet the choice of answer seems a little bit difficult for her to blurt out. Anyway, she did answer me, so I guess it's okay. For the record, I don't like getting ignored. Especially by someone who should really be paying attention to me.
But, I didn't deny the fact that there are still some workers who are brilliant enough when entertaining customers. It's just the fact how this simple atrocity could destroy a good mood of a person in a blink of seconds. So there you got a title of baddddd service.
//
Anyhow, back to the story. I was saying holiday is getting to its end so Imma make it the most wonderful in every ways possible, InsyaAllah. By doing anything to make my parents and family happy (like cooked for them and planned a holiday), and get my mind to set how excellent I've made out of my longgggggg holiday. Eventhough the fact that I've abused some laws of jetlagged, I think I've bring it to a whole new level. Huhu.
The day before yesterday, I made pavlova. It was a so-so. I dunno if the taste was good or not cause I've never eaten one before, so I couldn't compare mine with the original one. Then, I made another batch yesterday night. I made them in multiple small portions so it's easy to distribute. And I can conclude that the latest batch is a lot more improved and better than the previous ones. So a yay to myself, huhu.
The pav is not a cake but a meringue-based dessert which is topped with sour fruits like strawberries (they are sweet in other countries), kiwi, grapes, oranges and literally any fruits you have in the fridge. AND WHIPPED CREAM omo the cream tastes divine!! Ok I'm being biased cause I'm such a sucker for dairy products. Huhu.
The structure of pav is a tad brittle biscuit-like on the outside, and very soft like melty marshmallow inside which is soooooooo sweet and I mean sweet in its very precise definition. So, that's why we have to pair it with sour fruits so when the pav gets into your mouth, all you can taste is a divine blend of sweet-sour melting and creaaaammy texture. It's nice. But I give up after one pav. Cause it's the same as eating cakes. I won't go beyond 2 slices of cake at one time cause it's too creamy and make you gag. Erkk.
The pic is yet to be uploaded here, but you can see them in my Instag and Twitter. Just saying okay, not bragging.
And boy, I'm counting days to the weekend, seriously. Hope it would be nice and memorable and they enjoy it. Some quick review about it later, I think. Next, I have some projects to be done with this blog. Some unpenned stories about Raya and open house and my holiday. So, till then. Do take care, peeps! :)

Why so Random?
Salam 'alaik.
Hah!
HAHAH aku tak sempat update blog semalam. Kesian betul budak ni. Apa aku buat semalam sampai tak sempat update?
Ni die.
Aku ada SC la semalam. Best! Makan nasi ayam. Ayam panggang dlm oven gune rencah egypt ade letak yogurt ooo. Ok la rasa die. Ada masam-masam sikit. Tapi ni masam sedap la bukan masam basi. Sebelum makan tu kitorang cerita pasal adab makan. Adab sebelum, semasa dan selepas makan. Adab semasa memasak tu pun ade sikit.
Antaranye:

Antaranye:
- Ambil makanan dari pinggirnye. Jangan main sauk je gune tangan. Aku suke oo buat macam ni tanpa sedar. Kena more beradab la lepas ni. Nurul dah besar kan. Hohoho
- Jangan mencela makanan. Kalau tak sedap, leave it je. Jaga hati tukang masak pelissss.
- Masa masak tu baca selawat and basmalah. Itu secret ingredient. Woah aku suka ni. Memang terkumat kamit la nanti kat dapur. HAHA
- Yang selebihnye baca kat sini.
Semalam kan, segannye la hai aku rasa.
Aku datang meeting lambat pastu balik awal. Ish ish ish tak senonoh nye perangai dieeee. Seriously sorry pada kawan-kawan. HAHA macam la diorang tahu aku mintak maaf kat sini kan. Ah tak kisah lah. Yang penting aku rase diorang boleh tahu melalui air muka aku. Rasenye lah. Tak confirm lagi. HAHA.
//
Tadi dah masuk module baru merangkap module terakhir sem ni, yahuuuuu! Respiratory module. Tapi lepas habis ni, ada final exam, then baru boleh balik.
Senang cerita, sem ni aku kena struggle sikit la. Masa kat rumah dah tak banyak macam dulu. Aciwah. Serious seh. Dah la lif rumah aku ni rosak. Susah betul la nak keluar rumah. Senang je sebenarnye. Keluar je lah pintu kan. HAHA. Tak maksud aku, penat okehh. Rumah aku tingkat 5 bukan tingkat 1. Pastu ade 3 flights tangga. 1 tangga ade 7 anak. Maksudnye satu tingkat ada 21 anak tangga. Aku kat tingkat 5 so 21 darab 5 (jap gi amek kalkulator) ha, same dengan 105 anak tangga! Tahun depan aku dah boleh wakil Alex rentas desa kot. HAHAHAH nak rentas desa kat mana ye dok. Tapi on the bright side; aku boleh kurus sikit sbg persediaan balik Malaysia ni. Ah tensi tau bapak aku asek cakap muka aku bulat, bulat. Abang aku lagi kureng cakap muka aku tak muat skrin skype. Cisss! Eh panjang bebel nampak? HAHA. Ok dah habis citer pasal lif rosak.
Eh tetibe rindu nak swimming lah! Oh mannn, why you so random and all of sudden nehhh? Ok dah. Gedik ea. K la. Got something to do la. Gudbye blog. Esok kite update awak lagi ea. *muntah la cakap macam ni. haha.
Wassalam.

My Friday Story
Assalamualaikum.
Hai korang. Sihat semua?
Pagi tadi, aku ingat nak jogging. Tapi takda orang nak teman, so terbantut macam tu je plan aku. Mule-mule dah berani dah sekali ter'paranoid' pulak. HAHAH. Takpe lah, takde rezeki lemak aku nak dipecahkan.
Pagi-pagi lagi dapur dah berbunyi. Fatin rajin betul pagi ni. Nasi lemak pulak pagi tadi. Gemuk lah aku duduk rumah ni lama-lama. Haish, bahagia perut aku pagi tadi. Tengahari tadi, turn aku pulak masak. Pastu, budak-budak ni semua nak makan nasi ayam madu. Aku pun buat la semampu yg boleh. Ok la. Tapi kan, kuah cili die slack sikit la. Aku pergi letak pepper pulak dlm tu. Huh, dok sedap aihhh. Peringatan utk diri aku, lepaih ni, doksah letak pepper ok. Bawang putih, cili, air asam dgn gula, bas! Bas tu 'sahaja' dlm bahasa arab. Bukan bas pegi sekolah tu.
Nak tengok tak rupa die? Jeng jeng jenggg.
Campur belen nasi lemak pagi tadi. Huhu. Kolestrol wooo. Ya Allahhhh. Penuh meja kan. Memang betul-betul menyambut cuti + hari Jumaat kitorang ni.
Oh, tapi aku exercise jugak tadi. Kat DAPUR! Lenguh sungguh la tangan aku. Aku masak nasi ayam tu dlm periuk. Guna nasi lebih semalam punya. So, tak reti nak gune periuk eletrik, periuk dapur pun ok lahh. Sampai part nak menggaul nasi tu haaaa kau. Rase macam angkat dumbell pun ade. At least bekerja la jugak muscle aku hari ni kan. Lame gile aku masak tadi. Dari lepas Zuhur sampai masuk Asar! HAHAH. Tak pro lagi kot. Memang ah, aku buat one thing at one time. Kalau mak aku masak ha kau. Sane satu kuali, sini satu periuk. Terer ah mak aku.
Ei, teringat pulak aku. Dulu kan, mak aku rajin bake pizza tau. Bake kuih. Muffin. Kek kukus. She's so into cooking! Kalau masuk MPH, Badan ke, memang section recipe book mak aku pergi dulu. Aku pergi kat novel ngan stationaries. Dulu, aku memang hantu stationaries kot. Pencil case nak gabak-gabak punye. Boleh letak banyak pen warne warni. And I still use it until now. Tak caye? Boleh usha pencil case aku. Dah terkoyak lah. Sape nak balik Malaysia, boleh tolong belikan tak? Heheh.
//
Khamis hari tu, aku pergi jumpa dentist. Aku nak continue buat crown kat sini. Murah sangat kat sini tau! 750LE je. Kat Malaysia, RM 1000! Kire la. 1/3 je kot. Harap-harap ok lah die buat crown kat sini. Btw, Dr Amr tu memang certified pun. Aku percaya la die tu. Sijil-sijil die penuh kat dinding tu. Tu yg bertambah-tambah keyakinan aku. In case korang tertanye-tanya apebenda crowning tu kan, crown tu mcm protective coat utk gigi yg dah buat root canal. Aku dulu buat root canal utk 2 premolars. Tersedu-sedu aku dalam bilik doktor tau! Sakit macam hape sbb bius tak jalan. Gigi aku special case sikit. Korang jangan takut. Aku dulu sbb ade complication; dalam gigi tu darah dah berkumpul, so masukkan bius memang takkan jalan pun. Dr aku kat Malaysia tu bagus jugak. Tapi tu lah. A tad pricey. Appointment starts this coming Monday! Yay!
//
Em, korang. Aku rase aku ni banyak sangat gelak lah. Kadang-kadang kan, out of the blue aku rase down. Tiba-tiba. Macam sedih. Macam sayu. Macam ah takde macam lagi. Macam gitu la. Aku suspek mesti sebab aku banyak gelak. Pastu hati gelap. Hish, bahaya lah! So, aku berazam utk kurangkan gelak. Banyakkan senyum je. Pastu kurangkan cakap. Tengok orang je boleh. Hehe. Serious ni. Jangan ah gelakkan aku! Aku nak berubah ni. Huhuhuhu. Tapi boleh ke? Aku ni seriously kuat gelak. Semua org cakap aku kuat gelak. Kuat cakap. Kuat ape lagi. Kuat emmm shopping? Tetttt, tu lain cerita. Hehe.
Ok.
About being happy.
Being happy not to be justified by laughing kan? Betul tak.
Memang la orang yg ketawa tu tengah gembira. Tapi tak semestinya orang yg gembira mesti ketawa. Setuju?
Orang yg tengah bahagia, gembira, contented dgn hidup die, what will they do ea? Just be biase biase je ea?
.
.
.
.
.
Eh aku tak reti la nak elaborate pasal benda ni.
Senang cerita, kurangkan gelak, tingkatkan amal!
Okeh trademark baru aku yeah!
Panjang eh aku tulis ni. XXL punye!! Well, see the leg la. Hihi. Till then, people. God bless you!
Pen off.

In case korang tertanye-tanya apebenda crowning tu kan, crown tu mcm protective coat utk gigi yg dah buat root canal. Aku dulu buat root canal utk 2 premolars. Tersedu-sedu aku dalam bilik doktor tau! Sakit macam hape sbb bius tak jalan. Gigi aku special case sikit. Korang jangan takut. Aku dulu sbb ade complication; dalam gigi tu darah dah berkumpul, so masukkan bius memang takkan jalan pun. Dr aku kat Malaysia tu bagus jugak. Tapi tu lah. A tad pricey. Appointment starts this coming Monday! Yay!

Em, korang. Aku rase aku ni banyak sangat gelak lah. Kadang-kadang kan, out of the blue aku rase down. Tiba-tiba. Macam sedih. Macam sayu. Macam ah takde macam lagi. Macam gitu la. Aku suspek mesti sebab aku banyak gelak. Pastu hati gelap. Hish, bahaya lah! So, aku berazam utk kurangkan gelak. Banyakkan senyum je. Pastu kurangkan cakap. Tengok orang je boleh. Hehe. Serious ni. Jangan ah gelakkan aku! Aku nak berubah ni. Huhuhuhu. Tapi boleh ke? Aku ni seriously kuat gelak. Semua org cakap aku kuat gelak. Kuat cakap. Kuat ape lagi. Kuat emmm shopping? Tetttt, tu lain cerita. Hehe.
Ok.
About being happy.
Being happy not to be justified by laughing kan? Betul tak.
Memang la orang yg ketawa tu tengah gembira. Tapi tak semestinya orang yg gembira mesti ketawa. Setuju?
Orang yg tengah bahagia, gembira, contented dgn hidup die, what will they do ea? Just be biase biase je ea?
